The Egyptian National Development Foundation (NEDA) and the Youth Training Center of Maadi (MASC), under the auspices of the Sawiris Foundation for Social Development, discussed the post-revolution labor market situation in Egypt and discussed the challenges facing Egyptian youth in seeking job opportunities and obstacles to research institutions. The first of its kind after the revolution, a large number of representatives of private sector companies, businessmen and civil society personalities interested in human development and fighting unemployment. The meeting, which is held under the slogan of youth and work ..Together, we create opportunities and face challenges, to build bridges of dialogue between representatives of companies and businessmen on the one hand, and Egyptian youth looking for jobs on the other, to identify the current and future labor market needs of administrative and service functions. The Egyptian National Development Corporation and the Maadi Youth Training Center through their projects funded by the Sawiris Foundation to support the capabilities and skills of a group of Egyptian youth,The meeting seeks to obtain employment opportunities for the groups that have already been trained, as well as stimulating the social responsibility of existing and new companies by providing opportunities for practical training and employment. The meeting looks to map the functional needs in Egypt in the near future sector needs.
