Governor of Qalyoubia meets with 15 associations of the German Agency for Urban Development

Major General Mahmoud Ashmawi, Governor of Qalioubia, held a meeting today with 15 associations working in the field of community participation, in cooperation with the German Agency for Urban Development (GIZ).

Ashmawi reviewed the activities carried out in the villages and areas most in need, in order to upgrade the level of services in many fields, including the promotion of the system of cleaning and recycling and recycling of garbage, and the establishment of intermediate stations, in addition to other associations working in the field of youth training and rehabilitation of the labor market and associations working in the field Raising the health system, the work of medical convoys, associations working in the development of children’s skills, and the provision of training courses for them to teach the arts and develop their spirit of innovation.

In addition to other associations working in the field of educating young people about the dangers surrounding them, training them and providing them with job opportunities and teaching them some simple activities such as the process of cultivating roofs and computer training courses.

Ashmawi commended the activities provided by the associations in the province, and promised to repeat the meeting monthly to continue coordination and choose the most appropriate activities for the region.
