The National Foundation for Social Development (NEDA) and the Youth Training Center in Maadi, in cooperation with the Sawiris Social Foundation, will hold a press conference next Wednesday under the title Youth and Labor Meeting, which will discuss the main problems faced by the youth of Egypt looking for job opportunities. Medium and small enterprises in Egypt that seek to increase and develop their human capabilities,This meeting is the beginning of a huge campaign involving many associations and businessmen to train young people looking for jobs, and also help them find the right job for each of them. This is divided into three steps: vocational education. The youth are enrolled in a two-week vocational education course to familiarize them with the needs and opportunities of the labor market, to discover their skills and to change their paths according to their abilities. They are also identified with work values, methods of dealing with colleagues and presidents, personal interview. About one-third of young people have access to job opportunities after direct education, technical training,Where technical training opportunities for young people are provided in administrative and service areas such as secretarial, accounting, sales, customer service, beauty care and care for people with special needs, in accredited centers offering high quality training. And practical training where practical training opportunities are provided for a period of one to three months in one of the companies or institutions in order for these young people to experience a full practical experience before officially joining the work. Practical training also aims to provide companies with the opportunity to experience these youth without any responsibility. These companies can then recruit young trainees in case of vacancies,Or the young person progresses to work in other companies after obtaining the appropriate practical experience. Employment rates reach 80 young people participating in the qualification process. The meeting will include a presentation of the business model of the Nada Foundation and the Youth of Maadi Training Center, and a dialogue with business participants and corporate representatives on the current status of the labor market and their vision for the future.
